Ingredients

Scale

Cold Foam Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups (355 ml) heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup (100 g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup (82 g) pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: Add heavy whipping cream, sweetened condensed milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice into a large bowl. Whisk well to thoroughly combine all the ingredients into a uniform mixture.
  2. Whip the Foam: Portion out about 1/3 to 1/2 cup of the mixture into a smaller bowl for a single serving. Using a hand mixer on high speed, whip the mixture for 30 to 45 seconds until it becomes fluffy and light. If not using immediately, store the leftover unwhipped foam in a mason jar in the refrigerator for up to one week. When ready to serve, whip the cold foam again before use.
  3. Prepare Your Coffee & Serve: Pour your favorite cold coffee into a glass and sweeten it to taste with vanilla syrup or maple syrup. Gently spoon or pour the pumpkin cold foam over the coffee, then garnish with a dash of pumpkin pie spice. Enjoy your seasonal, creamy pumpkin coffee treat!

Notes

  • Store leftover unwhipped cold foam in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
  • Adjust the amount of pumpkin pie spice to suit your taste preference for spice intensity.
  • This foam works best when served cold over iced coffee but can also be tried on hot coffee.
  • Use fresh pumpkin puree for best flavor; canned pumpkin puree is a convenient alternative.
