Cookie Dough:

  • ½ cup Butter, softened, salted or unsalted
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 &½ cup AP flour
  • ½ cup graham crackers, finely crushed, about 3.5 sheets
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ teaspoon baking soda

Additional Ingredients:

  • 5 standard Hershey bars
  • 1 & ½ cup Marshmallow fluff

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Cream the Butter and Sugars: Cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix well.
  3. Mix Dry Ingredients: Add the flour, graham cracker crumbs, salt, and baking soda. Mix until just combined.
  4. Layer the Dough: Press half of the dough into the prepared pan. Layer with chocolate bars and marshmallow fluff. Top with the remaining dough.
  5. Bake: Bake for 25 minutes at 350°F. Allow to cool completely before slicing.
