  • 1 large egg yolk, at room temperature
  • 2 and 1/2 cups (300 grams) all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Additional Mix-Ins and Toppings:

  • 1 and 1/2 cups holiday M&Ms, plus extras for decorating
  • 1 cup semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips, plus extras for decorating
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar, for sprinkling

Instructions
