  • 1/2 cup salted butter, melted

Lemon Pudding Layer:

  • 2 packages (3.4 ounces each) instant lemon pudding mix
  • 3 1/4 cups milk

Cream Cheese Layer:

  • 2 containers (8 ounces each) Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 block (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Prepare Oreo Crust: Crush all Oreo cookies and reserve 3/4 cup for topping. Grease a 9×13-inch dish and press the remaining crumbs mixed with melted butter into the bottom to form the crust.
  2. Make Lemon Pudding Layer: Mix lemon pudding mixes with milk, refrigerate to thicken.
  3. Prepare Cream Cheese Layer: Blend cream cheese, powdered sugar, and one container of Cool Whip.
  4. Assemble Dessert: Spread cream cheese mixture over crust, top with lemon pudding, then remaining Cool Whip. Sprinkle reserved crushed Oreos on top.
