This refreshing Chilled Peach Moscato Sangria is the perfect summer drink to enjoy with friends and family. Made with fresh fruits, moscato, and a hint of liqueur, it’s a delightful combination of flavors.

Ingredients

Scale

Fresh Fruits:

  • 6 ounces fresh raspberries (around 1 cup, with extra for topping)
  • 16 ounces fresh strawberries (2 cups, hulled and sliced, with extra for topping)
  • 2 ripe peaches, nectarines, or oranges (sliced)

Liquids:

  • A chilled 750 ml bottle of moscato (either white or pink)
  • 1/2 cup of triple sec (an orange-flavored liqueur) or chambord (a raspberry-flavored liqueur)
  • 1/2 cup peach or pineapple juice
  • Ginger ale, soda water, or ginger beer to top

Instructions

  1. Assemble the Ingredients in the Pitcher: Begin by adding the chosen fruit to the bottom of a large pitcher. Pour in the chilled Moscato, Chambord, and fruit juice over the fruit. Stir the mixture gently to combine all the flavors.
  2. Chill the Sangria: Place the pitcher in the refrigerator to allow the flavors to meld together. Let it chill for at least 2 hours or leave it overnight for a deeper flavor—just make sure not to exceed 24 hours to maintain the freshness of the fruit.
  3. Serve the Sangria: When ready to serve, pour the sangria, making sure to include some of the soaked fruit, into wine glasses until they are about 3/4 full. Top each glass with ginger ale, club soda, or your preferred bubbly beverage to add a refreshing fizz.
  4. Garnish and Enjoy: For a festive presentation, add extra pieces of fruit to each glass as a garnish. Enjoy the sangria right away while it’s perfectly chilled and fizzy.
