  • 1 ½ cups fresh or frozen peaches (peeled and pitted)
  • ½ cup peach nectar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp honey or agave syrup
  • 1 cup ice

Additional:

  • 2 cups club soda
  • Mint for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Peaches: If using fresh peaches, peel and pit them. If using frozen peaches, you can use them straight from the freezer.
  2. Blend the Peaches: Add peaches, peach nectar, lemon juice, honey or agave syrup, and ice to the blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Fill the Glasses: Pour about 3 ounces of the peach purée into each champagne flute.
  4. Add the Club Soda: Top each glass with club soda. Pour slowly to avoid overflowing.
