Pie Crust:

Peach Filling:
- 5 cups sliced peaches (sliced about 1/2 inch thick)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
