For the Strawberry Puree:
- 4 medium strawberries, stems removed
- 2.5 tablespoons white granulated sugar (or honey/maple syrup)
For the Latte:
- ¾ cup milk or plant-based milk
- 1.5 teaspoons matcha
- 4 tablespoons boiling hot water
- 8 ice cubes (optional)
- Prepare the Strawberry Puree: In a tall glass, muddle the strawberries and sugar until pureed. Alternatively, blend them together and transfer to the glass.
- Assemble the Drink: Add ice cubes on top of the strawberry puree. Pour milk over the ice and set aside.
