  • 1 and 1/2 cups of uncooked long-grain white rice
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 1 can of Rotel (10 oz)
  • 2 and 1/4 cups of beef broth
  • 1 packet of taco seasoning mix
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 small yellow onion, diced into small pieces
  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the Beef: Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook beef and onions until browned.
  2. Add Seasonings: Stir in garlic and taco seasoning, cook for 30 seconds.
