These Salted Peanut Caramel Clusters are the perfect combination of sweet, salty, and crunchy. Caramel-coated peanuts dipped in chocolate and sprinkled with sea salt make for a delightful treat.

Caramel Mixture:

  • 11 ounces Kraft individually wrapped caramels, unwrapped (311g)
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons salted butter, sliced into pats
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups salted dry roasted peanuts

Chocolate Coating:

  • 3 cups milk chocolate candy wafer melts
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons flaky sea salt, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare Caramel Mixture: Line baking sheets with waxed paper. Melt caramels and heavy cream in the microwave, then stir in butter and vanilla. Add peanuts and let cool.
  2. Form Clusters: Use a cookie scoop to form mounded tablespoons of the caramel and peanuts mixture onto prepared sheets. Chill in the refrigerator.
  3. Coat in Chocolate: Melt chocolate wafers, dip chilled clusters, and place them back on the sheet. Sprinkle with sea salt.
  4. Serve: Let the chocolate set before enjoying the clusters.
