Ingredients

Scale

Dry Ingredients:

  • 3 cups self-rising flour

Wet Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 4 small ripe bananas, mashed (about 1 1/2 cups)
  • 1 1/22 cups chopped Reese’s cups

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
  2. Cream the ingredients: In a mixing bowl, cream together peanut butter, softened butter, and vanilla extract until fluffy.
  3. Add sugars: Mix in granulated and brown sugars until fully combined.
  4. Beat in eggs: Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Alternate ingredients: Gradually add flour and yogurt, alternating between the two until combined.
  6. Fold in bananas and Reese’s: Gently fold in the mashed bananas and chopped Reese’s cups.
  7. Bake: Divide the batter between pans and bake for 35 minutes. Cover with foil if browning too quickly, then bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool: Allow the loaves to cool in the pans for 15 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack to cool completely.
