Oreo Cookie Crust:

  • 2025 Oreo cookies
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted

Chocolate Pudding Layer:

  • 1 package chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup Cool Whip

Raspberry Layer:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Oreo Cookie Crust: Crush Oreo cookies, mix with melted butter, press into an 8×8 Pyrex dish, and freeze for 10 minutes.
  2. Chocolate Pudding Layer: Prepare pudding with 1/2 the milk, fold in 1/2 cup Cool Whip, spread over the crust, and freeze for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Raspberry Layer: Mix cream cheese, sugar, milk, and vanilla. Fold in raspberries and 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread over the chocolate layer.
  4. Assembly: Top raspberry layer with remaining Cool Whip and decorate as desired.
  5. Chill: Refrigerate the dessert for at least 4 hours before serving.
