  • ¼ cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Optional Garnish:

In a large bowl, combine ranch dressing, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine. Add the mushroom caps to the bowl and toss them in the ranch mixture until evenly coated.
  2. Bake the Mushrooms: Place the seasoned mushroom caps in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are slightly golden.
  3. Serve: Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese, if desired. Serve warm.
