  • 1 Box Spice Cake Mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure it’s hot and ready when your batter is prepared.
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the entire can of pumpkin with the boxed spice cake mix. The batter will be very thick; stir continuously until fully combined and smooth.
  3. Prepare Pan: Pour the thick batter into a nonstick loaf pan, spreading evenly to fill the pan.
  4. Bake: Place the loaf pan in the oven and bake for 35 to 40 minutes. To check for doneness, insert a toothpick in the center; if it comes out clean, the bread is ready.
