Pretzel Crust:

  • 2 cups pretzels, crushed
  • ¾ cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1¼ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping

Pudding Layer:

  • 2 (3.9 ounce) packages of instant chocolate pudding
  • 3 cups milk

Topping:

  • 8 ounces whipped topping
  • ½ cup pretzels, crushed
  • ½ cup chocolate sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a 13×9 baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare pretzel crust: Melt butter in a saucepan, add crushed pretzels, mix well. Press into the baking dish and bake for 5 minutes. Cool.
  3. Make peanut butter filling: Beat powdered sugar, cream cheese, peanut butter, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over pretzel crust, refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Prepare pudding layer: Combine pudding mix and milk. Pour over peanut butter layer, refrigerate for 30 minutes.
