For the Bars:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
For the Topping:
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a 9×13 baking dish with parchment paper.
- Cream Butter and Sugar: Using a standing mixer, cream together the butter, peanut butter, and sugar until light and fluffy.
