  • 8 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract

  • 1 cup Old Fashioned / Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cup M&Ms

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F / 177°C. Line an 8×8 metal baking pan with parchment paper or nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Mix dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Set aside.
  3. Combine wet ingredients: In a larger bowl, whisk melted butter and brown sugar. Add egg and vanilla.
  4. Blend dry and wet mixtures: Stir dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Add mix-ins: Gently fold in oats, chocolate chips, and M&Ms.
