  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1½ cups heavy cream, divided
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

FOR THE WHIPPED CREAM TOPPING

  • 1½ cups heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. MAKE THE CRUST: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush cookies, mix with melted butter, press into pie dish, and bake.
