For the Chicken:

  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless skinless
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

For the Coating:

  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Prepare Coating: Mix breadcrumbs, half the Parmesan, and seasonings in one dish. Beat eggs and milk in another dish. Put flour in a third dish.
  3. Coat Chicken: Dredge chicken in flour, then egg mixture, then breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Cook Chicken: Cook chicken in olive oil for 3-4 minutes per side until golden. Transfer to a baking dish.
