For the Chicken:
- 4 chicken breasts, boneless skinless
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
For the Coating:
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Prepare Coating: Mix breadcrumbs, half the Parmesan, and seasonings in one dish. Beat eggs and milk in another dish. Put flour in a third dish.
