  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg (optional, reduce if desired)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

  4. Reassemble rolls: Place the top half of the rolls back on.
  5. Make cinnamon-sugar mixture: Combine melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Brush this mixture over the rolls.
