These Halloween Mini Pizzas are a fun and festive treat perfect for parties or a spooky snack. Personal-sized pizza crusts are topped with vibrant veggies and cheese to create adorable mummies, jack-o’-lanterns, and spiders. With a crispy crust, gooey mozzarella, and decorative toppings, they offer a delicious and playful way to celebrate Halloween.

Pizza Base

  • 810 Mini Pizza Crusts (personal-size bases)

Sauce & Cheese

  • 3/4 cup Pizza Sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 4 sticks Part-Skim String Cheese, pulled apart

Toppings

  • 1/4 cup Black Olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Mini Pepperoni (optional)
  • Orange & Green Bell Peppers, thin strips for jack-o’-lantern designs

Garnish & Cooking

  • 2 tbsp Fresh Basil, chiffonade
  • Olive Oil Spray for misting baking sheet

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Lightly mist a baking sheet with olive oil spray to prevent sticking and help crisp the pizza crusts.
  2. Prepare Pizza Bases: Spread 1–2 tablespoons of pizza sauce evenly on each mini pizza crust, leaving a small border around the edges for the crust.
  3. Add Cheese: Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over half of the pizzas. For the other half, use pulled apart strips of part-skim string cheese to create mummy faces by layering the strips in a crisscross fashion.
  4. Decorate Pizzas: Use sliced black olives to form spider bodies and eyes, thin strips of orange and green bell peppers to create jack-o’-lantern smiles, and place mini pepperoni slices if desired to add extra flavor and festive decoration.
  5. Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the crusts are golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Rotate the pan halfway through baking to ensure even browning.
  6. Cool and Garnish: Remove the pizzas from the oven and let them cool for 2 minutes. Finally, sprinkle fresh basil chiffonade over the pizzas before serving for a fresh, aromatic touch.
