  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley, diced, for garnish

For the Creamy Parmesan Pasta:

  • 12 oz fettuccine or pasta of choice
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional extra garlic butter for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cook the Chicken Bites: Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook in a skillet until golden brown and cooked through. Set aside.
  3. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter, add garlic, and sauté. Toss cooked chicken in the garlic butter sauce.
  4. Prepare the Creamy Parmesan Sauce: In a separate skillet, melt butter, sauté garlic, add cream and chicken broth. Simmer, then whisk in Parmesan until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Combine Pasta and Sauce: Toss cooked pasta in the Parmesan sauce until coated.
