  • 5 Onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Beef Broth
  • 3 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon Flour + 3 tablespoons Water for béchamel
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Smoked Paprika Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Breadcrumbs: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Toss the breadcrumbs with olive oil, salt, pepper, and oregano. Bake until golden and crispy.
  2. Cook the Pasta: Cook the cavatappi according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
