  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt (flaky or coarse)

Instructions

  1. Dissolve Yeast: In a large mixing bowl, dissolve the yeast and honey in warm water. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, or until it becomes foamy.
  2. Mix Dough: Add the flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Stir until a sticky dough forms. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise for 45–60 minutes.
  3. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin with olive oil.
  4. Fill Muffin Cups: Spoon the risen dough into the muffin cups, filling each about ¾ full.
