  • 12 oz small pasta noodles

  • 12 oz thick-cut turkey bacon (cooked and chopped)
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Creamy Dressing:

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 TBS olive oil
  • 1 TBS apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar (to taste)
  • 1 tsp salt (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder (to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil pasta according to package instructions, drain, and rinse in cold water.
  2. Prepare Ingredients: Thaw peas, cook and crumble turkey bacon, and grate parmesan.
  3. Make Dressing: Whisk together mayonnaise, olive oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper.
  4. Assemble Salad: Combine pasta, peas,turkey bacon, and parmesan in a bowl. Pour dressing over and mix well.
