  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) paprika

Creamy Garlic Sauce:

  • 4 tablespoons (60 g) butter, divided
  • 4 to 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 10.5 ounces (298 g) condensed cream of chicken soup (1 can), or more if needed
  • 1 cup (240 ml) water

Broccoli:

  • 2 to 3 cups (480710 ml) broccoli, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) fresh parsley, chopped

Serving:

  • Lemon wedges for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season the Chicken: Season the chicken on both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika, then set it aside.
  2. Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Cook the chicken for about 5 minutes per side until browned. Transfer to a plate and keep warm.
  3. Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Sauté garlic until fragrant, then whisk in the cream of chicken soup and water. Simmer until hot and smooth.
  4. Simmer: Return the chicken to the skillet with broccoli. Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  5. Serve: Serve warm over rice or pasta, garnished with fresh parsley and lemon wedges if desired.
