  • 1¼ tsp salt
  • 1 cup plus 2 tbsp milk
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Soup: In a large pot, combine chicken broth, celery, onion, and chicken. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  2. Make the Dumplings: Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and milk. Roll out dough, cut into strips, and add to the broth.
  3. Cook the Dumplings: Simmer for 20-30 minutes until cooked through and broth thickens.
  4. Finish the Dish: Shred the chicken, return to the pot, season with salt and pepper, and serve.
