Additional:

  • extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup cottage cheese (Good Culture brand recommended)
  • 1 small ripe tomato, sliced
  • Seasonings: Everything but the Bagel and Aleppo Pepper
  • 2 basil leaves, torn or roughly chopped

Instructions

  1. Toast the Bread: Toast a slice of bread until golden and crisp.
  2. Prepare the Base: Drizzle the toast with a generous amount of olive oil.
  3. Add Cottage Cheese: Spread a layer of cottage cheese over the oiled toast.
