Ingredients

Scale

Dry Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 3 Tbsp monk fruit sweetener (or other granulated sugar of choice)
  • 4 Oreo cookies, crushed (can use gluten-free)

Wet Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp cream cheese (about 3 oz)
  • 34 Tbsp white chocolate chips, melted (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, combine vanilla protein powder, coconut flour, monk fruit sweetener, crushed Oreo cookies, and cream cheese. Stir thoroughly to form a dough. Adjust the consistency by adding more coconut flour if the dough is too soft, or a teaspoon or more of water or almond milk if the dough is too thick.
  2. Form Balls: Roll the dough into tablespoon-sized balls using your hands.
  3. Refrigerate: Place the formed balls on a plate or tray and refrigerate for 15 minutes to allow them to set and firm up.
  4. Optional White Chocolate Drizzle: If desired, melt white chocolate chips and drizzle over the chilled protein balls for an extra layer of sweetness and decoration.

Notes

  • You can substitute monk fruit sweetener with other granulated sweeteners like erythritol or regular sugar if preferred.
  • Use gluten-free Oreo cookies if you want a gluten-free version.
  • The cream cheese can be full-fat or reduced-fat depending on dietary preference.
  • Adjust the dough consistency by adding small amounts of liquid or coconut flour to reach a rollable texture.
  • Store the protein balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
