For the Chicken:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

For the Noodles:
- 8 oz egg noodles (or your favorite pasta)
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Cook the Noodles: In a large pot, cook the egg noodles until al dente, then drain and set aside.

- Combine and Serve: Add drained noodles and remaining butter to the skillet. Toss to coat, then add chicken back in. Sprinkle with Parmesan, garnish with parsley, and serve.
