Lasagna Rolls:

  • 12 lasagna noodles, cooked and cooled

Filling:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Additional Ingredients:

  • 1 jar (15 oz) Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded (divided)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Heat the oven to 375°F and grease your baking dish.
  2. Mix Filling: In a bowl, blend ricotta, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Assemble Rolls: Spread each noodle with the ricotta mixture, top with shredded chicken, and drizzle with Alfredo sauce. Roll up and place seam side down in the dish.
  4. Add Sauce and Cheese: Cover the rolls with the remaining Alfredo sauce and sprinkle with the rest of the mozzarella.
  5. Bake Covered: Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is golden.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
