Instructions

  1. Prepare Oven and Pan: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly grease an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan to ensure the bread doesn’t stick.
  2. Mix Batter: In a mixing bowl, stir together the water, egg, and the almond poppyseed muffin mix until just moistened. Then, fold in the poppy seeds provided in the muffin mix package evenly throughout the batter.
  3. Add Cherry Swirl: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Using a knife, gently swirl the cherry pie filling into the batter to create a marbled effect throughout the quick bread.
