  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 1/4 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing (optional, for drizzling)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a medium bowl, combine the thinly sliced chicken with the Buffalo sauce. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Cook the Vegetables: Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet. Cook the onion and bell pepper until softened. Set aside.
  3. Cook the Chicken: In the same skillet, cook the marinated chicken until fully cooked and slightly crispy.
