Pie Crust:
- 1 (9-inch) double crust homemade pie crust
Filling:
- 2 pounds fresh blueberries
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon butter
