  • 16 ounces white button mushrooms (halved)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ½ teaspoon dried marjoram
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme

For the Noodles:

  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 2 ½ cups low-sodium beef broth
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 ½ tablespoons cornstarch
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Beef: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, brown beef, and set aside.
  2. Make the Mushroom Sauce: Saute onions, mushrooms, garlic, marjoram, and thyme until golden.
