For the Mushroom Sauce:

- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 16 ounces white button mushrooms (halved)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- ½ teaspoon dried marjoram
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
For the Noodles:
