  • 1 9-inch pie crust, baked and cooled

Peanut Butter Crumbles:

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter

Peanut Butter Filling:

  • 1 3.4 ounce box instant Jell-O vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup cool whip

Whipped Topping:

  • 2 cups cool whip or 1 8 oz. container cool whip

Instructions

  1. Peanut Butter Crumbles: Using an electric mixer, combine powdered sugar and peanut butter until crumbles form. Add half to the pie shell.
  2. Peanut Butter Filling: Mix pudding mix, milk, and peanut butter with a mixer for 2 minutes. Fold in the cool whip and pour into pie crust.
  3. Whipped Cream Topping and Crumbles: Top the pie with whipped cream and remaining peanut butter crumbles. Chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours before serving.
