Chicken Bites:
- 20 oz (1 ¼ lbs) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp dried basil
- ½ tsp sweet paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- Freshly ground pepper to taste

- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
